Muddy Paws Cheesecake
The best find of the day goes hands down to Muddy Paws Cheesecake located on Snelling Avenue across the street from Gingko's Coffeehouse. If you don't believe me read City Pages' Dara Moscowitz's review from this past summer. We had their signature cheesecake, Muddy Paws, which was a coffee chocolate cheesecake with caramel swirl, pecans and fudge topping. wow. Taking our cheesecake we enjoyed the view from Como Lake and watched the geese and ducks and a lone fisherman on the deck.

I miss summer.
