Cheesecake devotees might want to hightail it to Muddy Paws Cheesecake, 740 N. Snelling Av. in St. Paul. The new store bakes up more than a dozen traditional flavors -- including New York, turtle and chocolate marble -- and sells them by the slice or as a whole pie. Several dozen bake-to-order varieties also are available, starting with banana-rum, chocolate Frangelico and white chocolate chunk-macadamia nut.
